A health-conscious pumpkin dessert? Yes, please! We asked Natalia Picardi, one of our Certified Holistic Health Coach contributors, for her twist on a classic muffin. These pumpkin praline muffins are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and sweetened only with honey. These muffins are sure to hit the spot!

Pumpkin Praline Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup honey
- Vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup pumpkin purée (never from a can!)
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 355 F
- Line 9 muffin bake cups in a pan
- In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together and set aside
- Using an electric mixer or a hand mixer, mix all of the wet ingredients together except for the apple cider vinegar
- Once you get a smooth consistency, add the apple cider vinegar and combine well
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix well
- Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until an inserted wooden toothpick comes out dry
- Allow muffins to cool before serving
