Alina de la Vega
Alina was born and raised by Cuban parents in Miami. She graduated from Gulliver Preparatory School and got her Interior Design degree from the Arts Institute at Miami International University of Art & Design. From there, she worked with a few interior design firms and after a while, decided to shift and open her own event planning company. She shifted industries two more times: next, to work in fashion as a buyer for a store and then finally, Alina decided to follow her passion into real estate. She realized that real estate mixed all of her passions into one. Real estate incorporates design, events, and lifestyle into one. Her family had a long history in the business, so she had already seen it up close. Realtors always look great (fashion: check!), new properties are marketed through events (event planning: check!), and design-savvy realtors help their clients create a vision for their new homes (interior design: check!). Alina sold her first house in 2003 and hasn’t looked back!Finding someone the perfect home and helping them get situated gives her great satisfaction. Since Alina is a born and bred Miami resident, she knows the city like the back of her hand. She loves recommending restaurants, beaches, workouts, stores, activities, schools, and everything in between to her clients so that they can feel comfortable in their new neighborhoods. The connections she’s made with people from all over the world have been amazing, too. Alina’s real estate business isn’t just about finding her clients their perfect homes. It’s also about getting her clients to fall in love with Miami. About three years ago, Alina realized that she couldn’t cover all areas of Miami like she used to. With three kids and a bustling business, she needed partners. She partnered up with Adriana Guerrero and Domenica Dassum so they could divide and conquer the Miami real estate market. Between the three of them they’ve been able to split their time and combine their expertise to become a part of the Top Producer Circle.
Adriana Guerrero was born in the US but raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She moved back to the US for college and never left. She married a Spaniard, had 3 kids, and has lived in Coconut Grove for more than 10 years. Adriana loves the Grove and decided it was the best neighborhood to raise her kids. With their school being located in the area, it was convenient to live here too. For the last 10 years Adriana has seen, and been a part of, the evolution of Coconut Grove. She notes that the outcome has been amazing to witness. Adriana got into real estate because she loved helping people find their perfect home. She says that there is nothing quite like the satisfaction of going through the whole process with someone and then finding them the home of their dreams. A big chunk of her time has been spent finding an area within Coconut Grove to build her family’s compound — a place where her family, her brother , and their parents could all reside as neighbors and call home. During this search, Adriana got to know every nook and cranny of Coconut Grove. To her excitement, they just moved in.
