Wellness During Pregnancy

This pregnancy, I’ve really been focusing on self-care. These have been my go-to rituals:

1. Lymphatic drainage massages with Gloria Hincapie (@gloriahincapie)

Some of the benefits of lymphatic drainage are:

  • Helps your body get rid of harmful toxins
  • Reduces water retention and bloat
  • Improves blood circulation
  • Reduces the appearance of cellulite
  • The light-pressure massage is very relaxing

2. Coffee body scrub

For this ritual, I use ground coffee and scrub all over my body. Not only is the smell amazing (!), but it also has so many benefits, like:

  • Reduces inflammation and puffiness
  • Improves blood circulation
  • Gives your skin a radiant glow
  • Removes dead skin cells
  • Improves the texture of your skin
  • Reduces the appearance of cellulite

3. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!!

That has been a major ‘must’ for me during my pregnancy. 

I have been loving body oils and belly masks. I recommend using these:

4. Last, but not least, I have been drinking SO much water because true hydration comes from the inside!
